The staff at Pickering Home Depot are very friendly and helpful. I have had best experience at this location, the staff really make finding items easy and also help choose among the many options, example selecting the right caulking or the perfect paint from the sample I show them. I had one of the best experience this past weekend. Noah and Christine helped me with quarter round and cutting almost more than 30 pieces of 5ft each. They were very patient while cutting those quarter rounds, making measure the measurement was correct, the cut was precise, and if any messed-up, Noah re-did it. Amazing work guys, greatly appreciate your help! Thank you :).

Mark at paint department at Pickering Home Depot helped me find the right color and paint for my house wood stairs. He also explained how to start and finish my work. I followed his instructions and end up with a wonderful job like a professional. Thanks to Mark for your great instructions specifically when I have a hearing difficulty. You accommodate my needs Thank you so much.I highly recommend Mark if you need to any help on your project.

Always have what you need and they also sell some very useful things as an amateur chemistry student or just wanna play with making a bow and arrow from PVC pipe a heat gun and some fiberglass driveway reflector spikes to potato cannon parts to if you know how to ask you can even find black powder he he he(Picture - 100 .22 cal charges)

Such an incredibly helpful staff. Lily went above and beyond to correct an issue with one of purchases - 20 mins on the phone and 10 mins in store after my pickup - just to ensure I was well taken care of.Thank you Lily!!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service by the manager in the customer service/paint department. I bought 3 gallons of premium paint the following week and when I got home, I realize that it was a little too dark. I’ve gone back and asked to have my paint lightened up with a few drops of white paint all the time and I’ve never had an issue I’ve actually been told by other Home Depot locations that it’s a complementary offer in order to give customers the greatest satisfaction. But instead, all this manager was concerned about was his sales/profits! He even went as far to tell me that he couldn’t “Add white drops because it’ll affect his sales” I bought over $200 worth of paint! You’ve already made money off me. I’ll be taking my business needs somewhere else from now on. And I was a regular once a week, Smart Management by a fellow named Joe

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Justin at the rentals area for a carpet cleaner. He was so professional and polite! Took the time to show me how it works, provided options of cleaners I could use and even helped me load it up in my car! Exceptional customer service! Thank you so much Justin!

I have bought all my appliances within the last 6 months. Every time i went the associates are not the friendly individuals there. ready to take the order but not friendly to customers. they claim they had been there for a long time but i feel they need to go for some sort of training in how to win and treat the customer. MOD is not present on Mondays as they are all in meetings. Not the best way to serve customers being on meetings when the associates don't even know their managers names.
