Kernels Popcorn

Staff is hit or miss but the popcorn is always delicious. Frequent deals and seasonal flavours make it even better. Love their mini bags for fundraising (and they have coupons on the back!)

I had a horrible expirence. I first ask which if the display bags is a small since it doesn't say and I know they have a snack size. She rolled her eyes at me and gave me so much additude but I say thank you and then go to order and she says oh we can't do that. I said okay no problem. She lists the ones they can do with a sign between each type. I order regular caramel and she raises her voice and says which caramel. And I repeat myself. She than goes to the back for 10+ min and then finally comes back and serves me. She hands me the bags but my hands are full so I ask for a bag to carry them in and she says no and leaves.

I had just gone to the location in Banff where they had Caramell and walnuts in their popcorn and when I went and asked the lady at the counter she’s Gave me attitude and told me that they don’t do nuts in their popcorn I just asked a simple question and was not expecting such attitude and told me that they don’t do nuts in their popcorn, I just asked a simple question and was not expecting such a snippy answer, so not only am I disappointed with the fact that they didn’t have the flavour I wanted I was disappointed with the service I Received... And I still ended up purchasing three bags of medium double hit popcorn... because I don’t want to drive to market mall or Sunridge today.

Argh! Can you spell things correctly and use proper sentences? I understand English is a second language for some but even more reason to check for errors before looking like an unprofessional joke. Please double check before putting up warnings on display cases. When I politely showed the girl working she brushed me off like I was rude. Why don’t people care about looking like a professional establishment anymore? The spelling errors on public posts and signs are terrible!

Paid $20 for two bags of pop corn and the lady refused to give us a small bag for the kids to share. Asked if i could even buy a sharing bag and she said no. Disappointing service for overpriced popcorn.

Their popcorns are pretty small, compared to what they have before

The girl who served us at crossiron mall was sweet. She got us our popcorn quickly, and informed us of the deal. Great to deal with. I was so angry however at Rob I only got his name. He was in the front grunting about how the.cheesy dill was out and if it's empty your out. Very crabby. The girl was ringing me through and i handed my kernels card over. And while I paid he so very roughly pushed the scanner away from her and she brought it back to scan my card and he again roughly pushed it back complaining about the light on the scanner bugging him. All he was doing up there was putting a sign out. Then he proceeded to the back slamming things acting rough as he popped more popcorn. He had major attitude and was so rude to her. You could tell she was uncomfortable and I don't care how good food is, when someone is behaving like that to co workers its not ok. If I see him working I won't be buying there.

Two stars becausse pop corn is good. But service is SO AWFUL. Waited for so long, all employees in the BACK on their PHONES, had to knock on the side door to bring anyone out to help me! So disappointing, because caramel corn is so yummy.

Popcorns were good, pricey but good. I am not a regular there but my kid likes popcorns. He is an older toddler and loves striking conversations with everyone. Unlike any other shop he was professionally ignored by the lady on counter in this shop. She didn't care anything about what we said. Go with a choice, pay, take your bag and get off.

Hummmmmmm so delicious and tasty. Good location. And lot of flavors. Free parking an shandixsp parking plus handicap access enterance. Public washroom. Food court. Zana it's good place to bring your kids they must enjoy it. And crows iron mill location is full of fun and joy
