Moores Clothing for Men

Just a horrendous experience.I was a part of a wedding party, and the groom organized for his groomsmen to rent tuxedos from the Vera Wang collection at Moores. When we went to pick up our tuxedos, a couple things were way too big.First was the vest. I had to swap with another groomsman because they gave me one that was ill-fitted. The vest for the other groomsman was too small. Thankfully we were able to swap because they didn’t have any other vests available.Next was my jacket. Was way too big. Their first solution was to give me the demo jacket that didn’t match anyone else’s. It had a different lapel than the rest and said “no one would notice”. They also stated it would take too long to alter the original oversized jacket. Other groomsmen also had sizing issues. One groomsman even had a mustard stain on his shirt. Just truly embarrassing.We also noticed that they had given us normal ties instead of bowties. Who rents tuxedos with normal ties? After calling to confirm with the bride and groom, our intuition was correct. The groom indicated that they specifically ordered bowties. Moores did not provide any insight on a solution. They even blamed the whole ordeal on the groom. So our first solution was to go to a competitor store to find all matching bowties. They refunded us 50$ which would have been just enough to buy bow ties at the new location; however, after calling all other suit stores we had no luck finding the bow ties we needed.We made the decision to go with the normal ties because it was our only option for all the groomsmen to match. The staff at Moore’s were not sympathetic to the never-ending mishaps on their end. They tried to avoid us when we came back to let them know their competitor didn’t have any bow ties.My own wedding is upcoming up and i was going to go with Moores, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. So I might have to look elsewhere.TL;DR: Think twice before trusting Moore’s with your wedding attire. They will mess up on every item for every person in your wedding party.

Hope I can give 0 star. Very bad experience in this store. One of the customer service lady there was awful, rude and racialism. No quality control after tailoring. She cannot find the order, doesn't listen to customer patiently. Ignore customer in store who need service but try calling clients instead. If you are someone who are not Canadian, please think twice before you go into this store. That lady is just similar as the drive test center lady who is racist.

Customer service so bad I couldn't leave fast enough

My bf had to get a suit. Young gentleman who helped did great. Their selection works for a city of our size for sure.

Great service

I dropped by to pick up an off the rack dark suit as Covid Calouries have made the others a bit snug, if you know what I mean. The staff member found a jacket and pants that fit after measuring me, however they were two different makes and the blacks didn't match.I opted for a made to measure" instead which was the best choice

Just went to Moore’s and got three shirt and it was really overwhelmingly pleasant experience from Felicity.She was very helpful to find out exactly what I was looking for and very knowledgeable and definitely as an asset.I will be definitely back for her best service.

Felicity helped me with my suit and found a bunch clothes on clearance… but I forgot the 2 pairs of shoes at the counter when I left at store closing! I’ll be back when the store opens but hoping it all works out.Edit: the staff had everything out away and remembered me from the night before! Great service, thank you.

Attentive customer service but I am really disappointed with a pair of pants I got hemmed here. They look nothing like they did when I had them fitted. So much extra material. I will continue to shop here but I doubt I will ever get tailoring done here anymore.
