I'm a full-time caregiver for my mom and a nurse myself. So I know the kind of quality care that I'm looking for. It took me months and a few regrettable tries with other people and agencies before finding this one. Everyone charges almost an arm and a leg for the bare minimum (starting with just a weekly companion) and anything else tailored to my mom is considered a very high additional add-on! but things were really different with this agency from the beginning. Maybe being that it's a smaller company helps because I had my first meeting right away with the owner during the initial evaluation of needs and I've met everyone on the team involved in my mom's care. The staff is definitely trained and equipped with a 24/7 on call service if ever something happens so I used them for a short term trial back in October while I took an emergency leave and decided to keep them now that I'm back. I didn't realize how good of a break this has actually been and I'm so impressed with how they've handled things. I know the difference between what's promised vs reality but I can confidently say I think they all genuinely care and ask the right questions. Thank you so much for everything
