I highly recommend going to Hyundai Pembroke if you are looking for a new vehicle! It is a great experience all around! For me, it was from looking at vehicles with Derek Thrasher, to getting all the paper work done with Jessica Gemmill... we had so many laughs and fun along the way! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! And this time, I ordered one right from the factory!Shannon Slaughter and her whole team are a super great family" and it's so nice to feel totally comfortable when purchasing a new car! My morning had been absolutely miserable until I stepped foot in this place. I was honestly expecting to head home that day without finding a car that I really needed. I wasn't planning on getting another vehicle for another year or two, but my current car had enough at 15 years. Not only did I find the exact type of car I planned on getting, but it even came in a lovely blue that I also wanted! It has more features than I expected to get, and I'm absolutely in love with it! Thank you so much to the staff! They are absolutely wonderful and made my day so much better! I'm super excited to pick up my new car on Monday! I highly recommend this place, and it will be my first stop in the future when it comes time to get another vehicle!

Best dealership experience I have had in the area. Sales team isn't pushy. Service department is friendly and well informed. Highly recommend doing business with them and supporting a local and family owned dealership.

Buying a vehicle is never an experience I look forward to however this time Hyundai Pembroke changed all that. From the moment I walked into the dealership it felt friendly, a country and homey feeling. They seemed to care about the customer. I was put together with Marvi Julian (salesperson) who was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. She took the time to fully explain the features on two types of vehicles that I was considering which made it easier to make a decision. Marvi even came in on her day off to make sure that my taking possession of my vehicle was a good one. She explained once again the various options and how to use them. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Marvi as a salesperson as I never felt pressured and her personality was so pleasant. It was wonderful doing business with you.

I just picked up our new Santa Cruz today and I must say you will not get a better deal or service anywhere else. We live in the Ottawa / Gatineau area and we thought the better deals were in the big city but we're proven totally wrong. It was so worth the drive to also be treated like family. When they say Welcome to the Hyundai Pembroke family" they truly stand by their words. Our second purchase from this amazing dealership and definitely not our last!"

We bought what we thought would be a great family vehicle from there we know it's not their fault our new vehicle was a lemon and we had to drive to dealership for many warranty issues... we live almost 100km from closet dealership so very inconvenient. I had to miss 8 days of work. The staff there has been nothing but rude throughout this whole experience specifically Rachelle yelled at my wife infront of our young children I don't recommend dealing with this dealership at least for services. Also this is our 5th vehicle from there I bought my first tiburon there in 2001 where's the loyalty
