Evan Moore is a terrible lawyer. Evan failed to properly assist us in our case due to lack of effort (he wanted us to compile evidence for him and did nothing to fast track the process), lack of care for his clients (had a very patronizing attitude and didn’t care for winning the case) and had a lack of understanding of the procedures. I do not trust him. Highly do not recommend. For your sake and mental health, go elsewhere.

OVERCHARGED and NOT HONEST or FORTHCOMING!!! If you are looking for a lawyer that making EVERY nickel and dime they can charge you, this is the law firm for you. ZERO personal service. I was quoted one rate, when the paper work was finally completed 7 months later, (Kate) raised her rate 22% for no reason. There was NO additional work to be done and we were NEVER once told of the rate change. “My rates are subject to change at anytime”. I was told a higher amount to allot for their services and when we went in to sign the paperwork, the cost had gone up another $250 plus. I had also sold my house and used PDC (October 2021) and I had to request my hold back be returned as they do NOT remind you that they owe you, nor is this or automatically sent to you ! Also in receiving my hold back by mail ($0.92 postage stamp right on the envelope that was delivered via regular mail), they have deducted $24.68 for courier services. Extremely disappointing, impersonal, curt and zero personal service. This is the law office that will over charge and take advantage at every opportunity. Chose wisely.I would give ZERO stars if possible.
