I purchased two units this spring. A T-62 tracked skid steer and a E-26 Mini Ex. My Rep, Pier worked with me to get the equipment that would best suit my business, and has been great with my many follow-up communications and requests. After buying 3 boxer mini skidsteers with Kubota I tried out a 2018 MT85 and really liked it. Strong, compact, and fast! Excited to try out the new soil conditioner that I bought with it.I dealt with Peir to get the deal done and thoroughly enjoyed the process. I wanted to trade in one of my machines for the new bobcat. Pier told me that he would sell my machine for me... 2 weeks after I bought my bobcat he sold my machine for a good price which was very appreciated.Lastly I was very impressed with how Bobcat sets up leases for new machines. We purchased our first excavator from Bobcat of Ottawa Valley. After a quick call with Max at the Carp location, i was immediately invited over to take a look and discuss options. Max went through everything in detail and showed me some options they had on site. There was zero pressure to buy and the whole experience was very comfortable and easy. After weighing my options, the decision was made to go with Bobcat (the largest factor in the decision was the pre-sales experience by Max and the Bobcat of Ottawa Valley team). The purchase process was simple and quick, great communication and they went above and beyond to make us happy. We have since purchased additional accessories and had some regular maintenance work done. The whole Bobcat Ottawa team is great to work with. We have had our E42 for a few months now and are very happy, it is a great reliable machine.They will definitely be our first stop for future equipment purchases. We also enjoyed dealing with another family business like our own.I would definitely recommend Max and the Bobcat of Ottawa Valley team to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience with Marc from Bobcat of Ottawa Valley. I inquired about purchasing a bobcat mt85 for my landscaping business. After receiving the quote, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Marc delivered the unit directly to my job site this morning. The whole process was super easy and I would definitely recommend doing business with Bobcat of Ottawa Valley!

Absolutely crooks. Was given a total bill to fix my machine and gave the go ahead. 1 week later was called to pick up my machine and was given a bill with 12 extra hours of labour saying they need to adjust and fix some other parts but never gave them the ok on that. Spoke in person with service coordinator who said she was shocked at bill as well but it all gets approved by owner. Spoke with tech who worked on the machine who told us that she in fact did not work on this machine for 12 hours. Then spoke with owner over the phone who said techs punch in and out for the time they work on a machine and that's how hours are tallied. I tried to explain I'm not arguing with some of the labour cost as there were things that needed to be fixed but there was an additional 12 hours spent on machine that we did not approve but he then continued to say that's not what my shop is telling me. He finished by saying best we can do is take off 2 hours of labour. If you are looking to service your machine think twice about going here. No manager or anything on site, any dealings that need to be adjusted you will have to deal with owner over the phone and he is quite the character. I would give 0 rating if I could.

Just purchased my first compact tractor. Dealt with Max (salesman) he was great made the experience very enjoyable. He explained everything properly and in detail, really enjoyed my whole experience. Hopefully after sales service is just as good :) Now the wait begins !

I had a fantastic experience dealing with my salesman Max, on the purchase of an auger drive for a skid steer. He went out of his way to help me in a pinch. A smooth, easy transaction.We will be back next year for more equipment!

We got our new MT100 here this past week. Even though the wait was endless, took about 6 months to receive the machine, however, once it's arrive in Ottawa the process was smooth and quick. Pier was our sale rep, he is very helpful and friendly, gave a us a very detail orientation over everything we need to know with our new equipment. Very happy with our purchase!!

My business partner and I had a great experience purchasing our T450.
