I received excellent service from Jonathan, he works at both the Atwater and westmount square stores. I had a frustrating experience with Fido and although Rogers is their parent company, I decided to take a chance and inquire about their plans. I'm not exaggerating when I say this, Jonathan patiently listened to my concerns and asked me what I want and broke it down for me. I got offered a very good plan and a good phone (IPhone 6) and awesome accessories. When we went to finalize my new contract, ironically all their systems were down (it was Black Friday too) but he remained calm and dealt with some not so nice customers" in a friendly manner

Horrible customer service. Make you wait for a long time and the manager doesn’t even apologize or acknowledge your presence and when he finally gets to us and we explain the situation (while he looks at his screen) he switched to another customer. We waited 30 min just to know my account number!!!

The customer service representative had an accent too thick to understand and a whatever" attitude.He also told me Rogers doesn't have contracts and hasn't since 2010...which is... well crazy"
