In February 2017 I bought a pick up truck for work. Everything was done fast and the next day I drove it home. Great mechanical condition, worth every dollar. Professional stuff that nice to deal with.Will recommend this guys.

I went shopping for a cargo van and was very fortunate to come across VC Flex. I saw the vehicle at dusk so could not see much and because of the Covid BS could not test drive it which immediately I had to put my trust in VC Flex.All negotiations were down over the phone, text and email and VC Flex very communicative and kept true to their word on delivery times.When I picked up the vehicle, all looked fine and then over the course of the next few days I noticed a few issues with the van.I alerted DIMITRY and he assured me that when I brought it in they would address it and repair.They repaired the issues respecting the warranty and since then everything is running great.This vehicle I am getting around 10L/100 km with which is 20% better that my Grand Caravan Cargo van.I can hold two full pallets up to 2500 pounds and I put on a heavy duty hitch which will pull up to 5,000 pounds.So after two months and putting over 20,000 kms on it so far all is fine. I change the oil at 8,000 km intervals and use 91 octane fuel.I would highly recommend this dealership!

How are these guys still in business. I imagine it's a front for something. I've been in there twice to buy a truck. Been treated like garbage. When you ask for help with financing, they turn their nose up at you. Disappointed. I had been interested in a truck they had for a while and finally got the money together.

Bought a van from here back in August, it was supposed to be safetied and they did not properly safety it. It has gone in for multiple services at dealerships and found out they cheaped out on multiple aspects of the van when those parts should’ve been replaced to be properly safetied. We got to our service appointment today and turns out we need a whole new motor because of their negligence. We called about one of the issues we found out about a few weeks ago and they said we should’ve asked them more about the van before leaving the lot - yet to be properly safetied they should’ve replaced the part that was only patched up. Do not buy a van from here.
