I just want to start off by saying I don't think I could ever think of the correct words to express how Jenna has impacted my breastfeeding journey. She is personable and kind. She makes you feel comfortable and is super knowledable. I reached out to Jenna for lactation concerns for my 6 week old daughter and it was the best thing I could have done. Jenna was quick to help and give me advice on what my next steps should be to help with her lip and tongue tie. She was not only there for the breastfeeding but Jenna was there for mental support when I needed it after my daughters procedure. I am forever grateful to have crossed paths with Jenna and I 1000% recommend her.

At the beginning of this journey I was feeling hopeless and even resentful towards my daughter. She was nearing on two years old and still waking frequently throughout the night to nurse. I was exhausted and realized I needed help! I reached out to Jenna and started her course. Expecting “tips and tricks” I was surprised at the inner work and in depth process. Jenna really digs deep and equips you with the tools you need to discover your own “triggers” and learn about yourself as well as the ability to see your child in new ways. This course will not turn you into the perfect parent nor will it show you how to raise perfect children BUT it will teach you self compassion, boundaries and connection with your child which WILL help you wherever you are in your breastfeeding journey. I can’t recommend this course enough!

Miss Jenna is a life savour. For the first two months of my sons life it was far from easy. I met Jenna out at our towns early on centre where she had noticed a couple things about my sons mouth. Once I got home I sent a txt message to set up a consultation. We then set up a day she could come on by and check out my son in more depth. We discovered he had lip ties tongue ties and cheek ties. The resources and support that Jenna provided was life changing and getting me to see dr. Liu in london for the release procedure has been a complete 180.She has so much helpful information to share with any struggling momma. I can’t thank her enough for the time she gave my son and I. I now have a giggling smiling happy baby.

Jenna is such a light! She provides sincere support and at the same time guides you in major catalysts to shift your way of seeing and being. I will be forever grateful for her ability to support me in unraveling old belief systems. The amount of freedom and self acceptance I now have is priceless.
