This is my go-to place. Similar to what others have stated, they always have a slightly better deal than other stores. In my case, I trust them. They have not failed me in the last 4 years. Purchased 5 phones and 10 SIMs from here so far, and will continue.

The best store I've used. David is more than capable of dealing with all your needs and answering all your questions. He has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion when he really didn't have to. I have been going there for years now and have always left feeling better than I arrived. They have everything you could possibly need and I highly recommend going there if you are in need of a phone and or plan.

They can usually give slightly better deals on the phones compared to the service provider stores.I have been coming here every 2-3 years for new phones and plans for the past 9 years, and I’m quite happy with them. Plus you get PC optimum points as well.Their hours are not the greatest, and you can expect to be here for a while when exchanging devices, which is why I cannot give them a full 5 star rating. I was there for almost 1.5 hours when doing my latest renewal.

Big shout out to David! He has exceptional customer service skills. I've dealt him with him a few times, he would always go above and beyond and always put customer first. Would advise you what is the best option for you, never pushing a sale. Highly recommend this store and David!
