I have had a City of Kitchener rental hot water heater for ten years. Our heater began to leak recently. I was very unhappy with the first company that installed our heater back then. I asked the City for a different contractor this time around and Four Seasons Heating and Cooling were the folks that replaced our leaky heater. Their communication with me was great, they were on time for their appointment, and Jacob and Joshua were friendly, courteous and fine tradesmen. Thanks all!Chris

We were notified by the Kitchener Utilities to book an appointment with 4 Seasons for maintenance to the hot water tank.Don't know what the Technician done but all our faucets had extremely low pressure on both the hot and cold lines after he left. Turned out to be caused by the resin from our water softener which I can only assume was damaged during the hot water tank maintenance. When I queried this with 4 Seasons I was told it couldn't happen and it was just a coincidence. Thanks for the $1200 expense of a new water softener.

They fix my water heater boiler, right away they new what was wrong, replaced the faulty parts, and back with hot water in no time.Very professionally, polite, respectfully, they actually do their job very well, I recomandem to anyone in need, you will be pleased with their services, thank you for job well done!

This company came to service my water heater, I specifically asked the gut to put in a new high limit switch because the old one was failing several times a week, and asked him to also clean out all the dirt and sedament build up, after 20 minutes of work I was told he put a new high limit switch in and fully cleaned it out.So not even 24 hours later and no hit water, huh seems although my old high limit switch wasn't as much as touched nor was it cleaned out!I do however have a new mixing valve, that I didn't ask for! And I also have a pilot wire that's unattatched!Thanks 4 season, for a wonderful display of non compliance

Recently our Water Heater was leaking and the City of Kitchener determined that we needed a new water heater. They sent out Four Seasons to do the job, Four Seasons wrote us up as having an infraction with our dryer vent and notified the City. I being concerned given the dryer vent being in the same place for 40 years and in the almost 17 years being in our home had both the gas meter and hot water heater being replaced during our time here, that this had not been an issue.The City of Kitchener just left our home letting me know that the dryer vent is absolutely not an issue.

I just had our furnace serviced by Alex who was here in the allotted time and wore a mask. I have to say he was one of the most honest and helpful service persons I have had in my home in years. He did the maintenance on our furnace that had not been done in years, cleaned the necessary things and said it looked good. He also gave me an excellent tip on how to clean our AC unit to avoid repairs in the future! I would highly recommend calling 4 Seasons Heating and Cooling.

When we turned our central air on, nothing happened! We called 4 Seasons and they had people to our house within a couple of days. The guys were professional respectful and fixed our AC right up. 10 stars! Thanks guys!
