While travelling up north our pickup truck developed a major exhaust leak and became very loud. We went to Griffiths in south river after stopping at a number of auto repair shops who were all too busy to help us. Griffiths literally dropped what they were doing to help us out. After replacing a flange and a quick weld we were all set. Very happy and kudos to all of the staff at Griffith Brothers Service Center.

Amazing service. And fair prices! Only place we will ever take our vehicle from here on out. If you’re looking for a place for your vehicle to be serviced you will not be disappointed using this business.

I received the best customer service ever from Griffith Bros. My nephew was driving on hwy 11 and his car broke down and he needed a tow. It was 1am and I called Griffith Bros and they couldn’t tow him until morning but they assured me that they would be able to tow him and asked that I call the garage about 8:30 am. I did and was pleasantly surprised to learn from the person who answered the phone that she was expecting my call and knew what I needed. The message from the person who answered at 1 am had obviously been passed along! Arrangements were made to have the car towed and within 40 minutes I had a call from the tow truck driver telling me he was at the car and would be towing it. I then had a call when he arrived at the destination. To me that was exceptional customer service .Every person I spoke to at Griffith Bros excelled in their communication and friendly approach to me. I can’t say enough about my first experience with this company . It was so incredibly positive. Griffith Brothers could write a manual on the how to’s of top customer service. Thank you again to the staff at Griffith Bros.

We had some tire issues while in the area and needed a tire replaced. They were super polite, helpful and accommodating! They ordered a new tire for us right away and fit us in the next day to have the new tire put on. Very highly recommend!!

What an awesome company, Andrew and his brother and their team are awesome, community oriented and engaged, all my future business will be going to this wonderful group of individuals, they truly care and in todays environment that’s truly rare.

I pulled into the South River location after hours, there were still some staff on site, I had a tire issue and was in need of some lug nuts, they didn't hesitate to help me out, they installed the lug nuts, torqued all of them, and wouldn't take a dime. This type of service is almost non- existent today. I was thoroughly impressed and extremely grateful, awesome bunch of guys, thank you again for helping me and my son make it home safely. Full 5-star rating from me.

Very happy with the service I received from Griffiths Bros. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when my car was towed to their lot and had to have a flat tire changed. I would highly recommend this business and was very lucky to have their help when i needed it!
