Only place in Nova Scotia to call me back with a huge family concern I am dealing with. Serina,( not really sure what department) listened to me try to tell a story. I'm sure some things she could not make out and wondered if I was even speaking English! She was just unexpectedly empathetic. When you feel there is not one and then there is that one. Can really help a person feel like some weight was taken off their chest! We hired John to witness a signature on paperwork we needed and we live out of the province of Nova Scotia....he was very easy to deal with.. responsive...great to talk to..great rate and when he said he would go himself to the home gave a time and it was done...I would highly recommend him.
