Harvey the owner, is an amazing human being, knowledgeable, respectful and very dedicated to always giving you an excellent customer service. When it comes to toners, he always has them ready for you, high quality at a low price point. When it comes to the delivery of your packages, he always has them at hand for you to pick them up quickly. I recommend this place 100%. Thank you!

Fraud Service.The manager agreed to refill my own toner, Canon 128 Universal Toner.He wrote on the back of my receipt. I paid $106.00 for that on May 15th, 2023.He phoned me to pick it up. I went there to pick it up on May 25th. I found he did not refill my toner. He wanted to give me another brand, HP CE278A that I do not like, and the market price is around $30.00 to $40.00 if you order it online.I requested to refund of my money or a refill of my own toner, Canon 128 Universal Toner, but he refused.Then he accused me that his products were stolen. Actually, his Youngman gave me the retail invoice that I showed to the police.

This is now our go to" spot for dropping off parcels. We have dropped off parcels to be delivered several times over the past couple of weeks and truly appreciate the above and beyond great service. I also noticed that they cut keys when I was there

I called ahead and ensure they have ink refill available for my cartridges. The owner said yes. Then I came around 5pm on a weekday to do ink refill. The guy said the owner left so they couldnt do it but he can put them aside and have them done by the next morning.Came back around 5pm the next day to pick up my cartridge. The guy said the owner forgot to work on those. No apologies whatsoever. Then he proceeded to ask if I want them back. 0/0 service, will never come back.

I often pick up packages at this location. They are very busy - they service purolator, UPS and FedEx all at one place. On the rare occasion there is a line, I can always see them working quickly to help customers. Nice to have a neighbourhood place where they get to know your name (and your kids!)

Dropped off a key, he said, Give me 15 minutes". I returned after almost 20

Picked up a UPS package from here and the guy who helped me just HAD to know what was in the parcel. Its none of his business. And then he went on a rant about his ex-wife's political views. Why.

Blatantly ignored the store sticker for a live injection and ended up resulting in it being spoiled and unusable. 3200$ gone. Can't comment on the ink business side but the complacency was real

The owner Harvey knows about everything there is to know about printers and cartridges. And he has most in stock so you don't have to wait for them to be refilled, you just swap your empties for fulls. Much cheaper than buying new every time and much better for the environment. Rarely ever have a problem with a refilled cartridge and when I do he always looks after it. Prices are reasonable and you're usually in and out quickly. Don't expect fawning smiling world-class service with a smile. But do expect a great place to exchange printer cartridges and you'll be very pleased

This owner is not honest guy, I dropped my ink cartridges a week ago to refill, he said he will call me when is ready, after one week still didn't hear from him, so I called him and asked is ready or not to pick up, and he said the cartridges too dry can not refill anymore so I said ok, I will come back pick it up later today, when I got there and he told me he already put my cartridges into recycling bin, and can not find it, How can you throw my stuff without my permission? and if it can not refill why you don't give me call to let me know? you are not honest and no responsibility. I don't recommend to anyone, and when I read some of the comments that I knew some people have a similar problem with him.
