Livingstone RV Park
I was in a bit of a unique situation, I needed a place to live for a couple months while working out of town on an academic co-op, I ended up finding Livingstone RV Park on Google and am very happy I did. The park was neatly kept, and was very peaceful and quiet despite being fairly close to Highway 1. The amenities were good, pay washer and dryer on site, full hook ups, all the rest. Being a student, internet access was one of my main priorities for submitting reports/contact with instructors, and wifi was available, not very fast, but got the job done. I was only about a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 15 minute drive from downtown Langley so food, groceries, and things to do were not far at all. Over all, a very good experience and if I ever had a similar situation come up again I would certainly stay at Livingstone!

Date of Stay: June, 2015the worst experience we have ever had. We have booked the place a month and a half before our move from Alberta. We even came 3 times to check that everything is ok. When we arrived, we found out management has changed, from manager to owner. the owner is a young korean guy. Very rude and insulting. He said that he had fired the site manager and does not respect any booking. We told the owner, the deal was since a month and a half ago, before he was fired and we have no other place to go,he didn't care and threatened us with involving other forces to move us out. He also said our SERVICE DOG is not welcome, when we've seen regular dogs in other trailers. The owner kept on saying he doesn't respect any booking the manager had done. He rudely suggested we will go to the fired manager and solve our situation, with a guy that doesn't work there any longer and we felt horrible for being laughed at. The neighbors had told us he had done it to several other families and couples of old and young ages and that they are seeking for a new place as well. We were rushed to find a place in a couple of hours,so the new owner will not bring his forces. We were affraid we'll be stuck with no home, but had to leave anyway.. We definitely Do NOT recommend this site. My 28 f. Fifth wheel was brand new (not old or broken in any way)I had 2 classic pick up trucks with me (entered quite a few show and shine shows). The reason I posted that review late is because I had made an effort to forget about this incident, but had to share my experience with people, after Google had asked me to review this place. I actually found an amazing RV park across the road from that horrible place and stayed there a few years, because they treat you like family from the first second you get in. I would never recommend Livingstone campsite & RV Park to anyone. Zero stars. The RV park I would definitely recommend is Cedar Springs in Langley, just across the road from that horrible place.I have seen the owner's answer. There is no room in heaven for liers and scammers and you sir is both. Shame on you!

My husband Derek & I had a GREAT time. The owners were there all the time, accommodated our RV, & trailer even though it was a very busy Labor Day weekend. They couldn't have been been nicer, and I would happily stay there again on our next trip.

Amazing place if you can find a spot I'd recommend it. Great location just a few turns off the main highway. Kind staff, laundry facilities, both short and long stay options at decent affordable rates. Can't recommend enough!

I stayed at Livingstone for a considerable time and it was a horrible experience. The location is excellent, very peaceful and central to everything and right off the freeway exit and the owner Joseph, is not an upstanding guy and not very accommodating. I would most definitely NOT stay here again. Doug Mason

UpdateA month later the owner posts a weak response trying to justify why a buisness without a privacy policy is collecting credit card numbers, expiry dates and CCV's for background checks". Now they say that hotels do it too. Yes

Not an ideal holiday spot. It is a fine place to stay if you just need a place to stay while doing things in the area.Showers/washrooms clean and free to use with a key they provide you. Wifi is pretty good for an RV site. Hook-ups are fine. The staff member was very good and very helpful--good communication.Very little shade; not much for scenery. Traffic noise from the highway is very loud--but we stay there because it's close to highway 1. Hardly anyone is seen outside of their trailers, but then, no one causes problems.I'll stay there again, but only if I'm not really there to camp." It's just a home base."

If I could give this place a minus I would.I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I was rejected from this camp site with a very insulting attitude. I don't even know why as the owner/site manager wasn't clear. As I understand, this place accept only new trailers and I guess my 2014 airstream wasn't good enough. At first, the owner was never to be found. When I did find him he was rude and very unwelcoming. This place is NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

NEVER STAT HERE!!!! I recently stayed at this park the park manager is a complete dirt ball. Even though he was wearing dark glasses I could sense and feel he was starting at my breasts. After registering our camper and parking we left for a few hours just to come back to find my camper door open, which I know it wasn't open before we had left to run errands. I began to start putting my laundry together so I could wash what dirty clothes we had collected on our long road trip to notice I had missing underwear from 7 down to 3 pairs. This man is a complete weirdo and makes any woman feel very uncomfortable as any time he crosses your path he stares at you making you feel extremely uncomfortable. Later that evening I looked out my window before going to bed for the night and you could make out a shadow almost like he was staring into my windows to get a peek. After that I should have called the rcmp. We were booked for a week but instead we packed up the next day and won't ever be back. Stay clear of this park and the creep man that works there.

Website clearly shows weekly rate of $250.. booked for a week and was charged $478 to credit card. Called then and was told weekly rate only applied to min 30 days. You are charged extra to use washroom. There are far better sites for less.
