horrible, I ordered two pair of compression socks in 2018, months later I started getting invoices for product I never recieved> They said i picked them up and wasent even the product i ordered. I never picked anything up. very sketchy company

I’ve had my wheelchair for a couple years now but I recently was in the need for a new one since I’ve grown out of mine. A friend told me about this place and decided to give it a shot. The staff was one of the friendliest people, very patient, allowed me to ask my questions with no judgement behind their answers and in the end, helped my purchase be a smooth and easy process. We were told that this was a local vendor to get a breast pump through. They turned us away initially because our BCBS insurance wasn’t in Minnesota, only to call and ask us to come back. Next, they required a prescription from the doctor to authorize the purchase. The final straw for us was when the Medela pump was quoted as $80 above what our insurance would pay. This is an outrageous up charge. We left and ordered the same pump through an approved website for $0 out of pocket cost. I’m thankful for price comparing this purchase.

Knowledgeable, reliable and friendly staff. Knew all about the product that we came in for and more. Let us know what to expect with the insurance process. We had tried a different DME but they didn't give us any information upfront about getting an item through insurance or about the product itself for that matter. The customer service person was very patient with my husband in his search for what suited him. Very tidy and clean. If in the future we are in need of medical equipment, this is the place we will go to first.*Thank you ladies for all your help.

Some young chica says we don't take Health Partners" but wheelchairs get billed directly to Medicare Part B. Off we go to Corner Medical where they have knowledgeable staff"
