Best place for good products at low prices.

Prices are always amazing, but two days ago and today I had one of my worst experiences. I paid for an item (A tank top that was on sale) that happened to match three pairs of PJ bottoms I picked out. If it weren't for the tank top/seamless cami I wouldn't have even blinked twice at the PJ bottoms, but the colour matched a bit which in my opinion, made it worth buying. tWhen I got to the register, it was clear the person didn't quite know what was going on as I had to do my order twice because she forgot to ring in one of the things I wanted (No big deal) but what really got me, is when I got to my moms house two days later, after leaving the items in the trunk (taken straight from the store to the trunk) I noticed the tank was missing. I checked my receipt and sure enough it was paid for.I called back today complaining that I wanted the tank exchanged, which they couldn't do because 1.They no longer ha my size 2. They needed to check security cameras" (I have never stolen in my life and I walked straight from the store to my car and straight from my trunk two days later into my moms house

I recommend this place. Good clothing ,shopped a lot with less money. staff is good.Didn’t knew ardene have an outlet. Loved shopping here. Will definitely come again.

Ardene is one of my favorite stores to shop at they always have cute clothes, accessories and lots more. The store is nicely sized and organized which makes it easy to find things, deals are very good (5 for $10, 3 for $15, etc.) I would say that the only downside is that customers never seem to practice social distancing measures, We're still in a pandemic, people!!But The staff are very friendly and helpful. ^^

I’m regular customer of Ardene and always welcome by the staff. Today when I just entered in the store around 4 pm . I was just exploring the footwear section, one sales girl ( tallest one) came up to at me very rudely that if I try any footwear I have to put it back. I got upset because I have never faced a problem like that. Sales girls should be trained to treat customers nicely and they shouldn’t be mistreating anyone. I had not touched a single item and she talked to me so rudely. If someone is not willing to work shouldn’t come and you don’t have any right to spoil someone’s day.

I’ll rat this store 0 the worker resembles the company. In this store there some unprofessional employees especially the thin lady short height open hair tiny nose says I’m the key holder. She don’t no what is customer and how to deal with a customer and she started yelling at customer without any reason customer was super nice and friendly.I won’t go again at that store she is super mean unprofessional.

Awesome deals everyday.must visit there to grab latest fashion deals at affordable prices. Staff is respectful.

Usually great shopping here. But today all employees are hiding in the back. Waited for the employees to come out to check us out, wondering the store for 20 mins til one of the 3 girls gossiping in the back came out..My younger sister in the change stalls and the employees are talking about banging guys and “risking it for the biscuit” while leaning on the stall she’s changing it.

The store is great but the employees working there should be great in their customer service as well. Sorry to say, but this evening it was my bad experience shopping there because one of the employees working in the Trial Area. She was rude enough just holding up her so called attitude for no reason.She needs training to be little polite to the customers.
