Arrived here to get a bouquet of balloons done at 6 pm on a Wednesday. It was somewhat busy yet I still had my bouquet of balloons done in under 20 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and competent.

Pretty empty. They don't know the price of what they are selling. Charged me doubled price after filling up the baloon as they inform me the wrong price at the first place. Worst Party City in BC. Extream caution required for purchasing anything.

This store is a joke. Was there few mins ago. Girl who attended me was super rude, no work ethics and manner. No customer service skills. I bought few helium balloons. She was not very helpful. Paid about $17 for one ballon which popped right in driveway. Other balloons seems like will deflate very soon. Tomorrow my sons 2nd birthday and that girl ruined my day already.

This location has great staff!! Young lady was able to get 3 balloon bouquets dome for me fairly quickly and they were done nicely. Other locations have slapped them together and I usually have to fix them when I get home but not here. Thanks!!

Great store if you are looking for an all in one place. Prices are cheaper at dollar store but customer service makes up for the difference.

It's ok, but on the pricier side and find they really don't have too much that isn't available elsewhere. They used to have many more unique items. Also find that their shelves are on the emptier side, but that seems to be the norm these days at all stores.

Don't waste your money. Buy your decorations from Amazon or even the dollar store. Manager rude and is quite vocal about hating being at work and wanting to go home. Told to contact owner through their website but then no contact info given. Used this place so many times but not worth the hassle, jacked up prices and not getting what you ordered.

Purchased two helium balloons for a birthday party this last Sunday, was wowed by the sheer number of customization options, but when my boyfriend picked them up the morning of the party one was improperly tied and was barely half inflated by the evening. $37 dollars might not be insane but I’d have preferred them to at least be properly inflated for the party for that much…Had I known it would turn out like this I’d have saved money and gone to a dollar store instead for cheaper.

This location had everything I needed. Bought many balloon bouquets there before without any issues at all. Went into the store yesterday and it was very very dirty and dusty. Looks like it hasn't been swept in months. The staff was awesome and I had no issues in that respect.
