Nice, efficient and professionally friendly people at the border. We pulled up in a motorhome soon after Canada opened the border to tourists. We presented passports, ArriveCan number on our cellphones, vaccination document and negative PCR Covid test results. Our test was done about 78 hours before arrival and was accepted. (Supposed to be within 72 hours.) The border agent asked co-workers to escort us through the Incoming side of the road as the bridge on our side was too low for us.

Well, I've crossed USA-Canada-USA countless times coast to coast. Never had a problem. I was really proud of the way the CBSA protected Canada from the bottle of rum being brought in by me, 2 hours short of the 48 hours required to be duty free. Yup, I paid my duty on the booze. Two hours short of no duty. Good work guys! I guess enforcement of these stringent booze regulations is somewhat arbitrary as my buddy used the gate two over from me and there was no issue with his beer that was also 2 hours short of the all important 48....

Went threw on sunday early evening everything went fine had to wait in side bldg till they check out our id but had no problem and enjoyed our vacation in Nova Scotia

We love this border crossing!! They greet you in French with Bonjour as well as English hello. They are prepared to ask all the questions, the line goes quickly, have your passports ready. They are friendly and efficient!

Great people. During the pandemic I tried to cross without the correct test result. They turned me away but they even took the time to write instructions to obtain the correct test and register on the app correctly on a post it note, and they encouraged me to come back as soon as possible once I had all the requested documentation. Thanks again.

On Thursday Aug the 18th 2022 at the St Stephens Border Office we where greeted by a young Lady, Officer Pitts who was extremely friendly and patient in helping us to enter the app on my phone and actually doing it all for us. Two seniors hard of hearing, not being efficient with modern technology. We are truly grateful for her help. Because of Officer Pitts explanation we where able to fill out the app on our own the following day.We would like to thank Officer Pitts.
