NEK Shiatsu

I recently moved up to the Newport, VT area to start a new job position as a full time acupuncturist. Moving and acclimating to this new climate was a very stressful time for my mind and body while still recovering from previous health issues in the fall last year. I began having more body tension and neck pain with outbreaks of hives and atopic dermatitis/eczema. I contacted Jessica because I am very particular about getting bodywork and massage therapy. I was immediately drawn to her shiatsu training. She advertised her services as acupuncture without the needles. Naturally as an acupuncturist, I gravitated to seeking her services. My first treatment was deep tissue work which really helped me relieve my stress and neck pain. I followed up recently with a seaweed body wrap therapy to address my skin inflammation. I felt very relaxed, more detoxified, and my sleep improved dramatically afterwards. I highly recommend Jessica for your bodywork/healing needs. She is intuitive and knowledgeable not only as a manual therapist, but as a healer of mind and spirit as well.
