I have been taking classes here since Kim started her studio. Followed her here from where she previously worked and where i first met her. She knows the body mechanics perfectly and can tell me what’s ailing me when i walk into her studio. My biweekly visits are a must , keeping my spine , posture, core and pelvic floor in check.
