I have no clue what made me think this is going to be better and guess what? I had to contact our greatest phone company for something which I accidentally activated.. they send me a link for verification.. the num is used by my wife, thinking its under her name. Explained rep about it and he went like you gave your wife’s name so I cannot really say its you or her.. I clearly mentioned i can authenticate in any way you want and rep kept denying and asked me to contact later which actually took me 1 and half hour to get connected to someone.. and when i asked rep his name, his reply was- “I'm so sorry, we are not allowed to provide our personal information for our security as well.”

Horrible service - staff does not acknowledge you as you come in, not even a Hello

Go else where, You are roaming on your 500MB Nationwide data when you are just at WalMart. Basically you are all good in the Bowl of Prince George only.

While they have very affordable prices and unlimited data plans today I have received the most unprofessional and discourteous servce from their telephone customer service team. They had no explanation for overcharging me nor offered any solutions to address the problem. I do not recommend their service.

Victor from the Prince George location made it so easy to add my son onto my most cheap and kickass plan!

Great service, very knowledgeable. They were a great help in setting everything up and making sure all my questions were answered.

Worst possible Experience. I would post a double negative if possible.Super unprofessional customer service. I cancelled my line in middle of month to avoid next month charges, though their chat service (because the phone line was down !!!!!). However, that was not processed.I checked two days before the next month starts. I saw the line is active. I called the customer service and they verified my chat request, i said they do not know (!!!!) why that was not processed. This time they cancelled the line.Next morning, i saw my credit card is charged for the bill (one day before new month begins). I called customer service again. The representative name was “Josh”. He told me it was preauthorized payment so even though I cancelled the system processed the payment (!!!!!). I told him why I can not get a refund since I cancelled before the new month, and I was getting angry. The agent simply disconnected!! It was not a technical difficulty, I am almost certain about that.They do not honor customers. I have used that line for 2years. I also use another line, 2years as well. Fairly better service.

I'm happy with the service! Nargiza was very nice and helped me to get a new phone and a data plan.

Horrible staff, horrible customer service, scam artists that shouldn't be allowed to operate. I should have read these reviews before I went in there. Nothing works and nothing's refundable, no one will call you back, staff will yell at you on the phone. Worst cell phone experience of my life. I'm a single mom with limited income and I really don't like being ripped off this way. I can't afford it
