Dartmouth Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Hi there! Just a follow up to let you know why I rated 3 stars. I normally am pretty happy with my service, but the last time I went in for a tire rotation, the service guys asked me for the wheel lock key. When I pulled the case from the glove box, I noticed it was missing and mentioned that perhaps the last time they rotated the tires they forgot to put it back (I never touch it). They told me they didn't have another wheel lock key and couldn't do the tire rotation. After some digging around in a cabinet, they found one - but there was no mention of replacing mine or even how I could replace it myself. I asked and was told to call parts.A 5 star rating would be that they replace the key at no charge (seriously I didn't even know what that thing was - they normally don't even ask me for it, they just take it out use it). At the very least, let me know a price and a part number so I can order a new one. To me, that's exceptional service.

My partner and I were not on the market for a new Jeep, but when we saw the latest and greatest 2023 Rubicon at Dartmouth Dodge, we were quick to touch base with Chris Kovacs to inquire. We had dealt with Chris before, and only wanted to deal with him again. He is such a kind, hard working and honest guy, needless to say, we got our new Jeep and couldn’t be happier! I had my first experience with the service dept last Thursday. All I can say is that it was absolutely hassle free. The service manager ( the one with all the tattoos ) was extremely helpful the tech.who looked after the service was top notch. All the people I met that day were extremely polite and even funny. I actually look forward to my next visit. Thx. Bought my truck from them in January and all is good

Both service attendants were excellent and very friendly. They were very helpful and completed the service very quickly. As well as conducting the oil change they completed an overall inspection of my Ram 1500 and informed me of a minor leak in my exhaust system. Thank you both.

Always heard good things about Dartmouth Dodge. Customer service is outstanding. I was there this morning for an oil change in the express lane which mind you takes less than 30min when they are busy and i think i seen 4 or 5 people drive away in thier new vehicle so they must be doing something right! I purchased a 2019 wrangler used in dec of 2021 i love it. I will be back time and time again for sure. They work with you to get what you want in a vehicle and make sure your happy.

I was not happy with my last service. I was booked for an oil change and a peace of mind inspection. When I got the truck the peace of mind inspection was not on the order. The teck from the fast service lane said it was not asked for. The service advisor said that based on the mileage, it was not needed.I should have been told when I booked or when the service advisor checked me in if it was not needed.I wanted the truck checked. Not impressed.

By far the best costumer service anyone can get, I will most definately be back in the future. And they treat you like family, and thanks again Rahul for getting us into the truck we needed!

From the beginning to end I had the best experience buying my new car. Justin & Dan were awesome!!! Both were very personable and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks so much guys!

Really pleased with the service. I went to the dealer to explain my car’s problems and set up an appointment. Service rep (Tom) said they were booking appointments 3 weeks out. He asked if I could leave the car that afternoon and they’d have a look at it. This was Wednesday, just after noon. A couple hours later he called to tell me which part needed replacing and that it would arrive Friday. I left the car with him, and this afternoon, Tom called to say my car was ready. Their shuttle driver picked me up, we had a nice chat, paid for the repair, chatted with Tom and another staff, plus a customer. As I use a cane, Tom went to fetch my car. I have absolutely no complaints. I was treated royally.
