Great friendly team, very knowledgeable and helpful.I stopped at Costco and BestBuy before seeing Jake and Molly and the deal they offered me was better than anyone else. In fact, they were the only ones to find me an iPhone 14 Pro Max when no other store in Kingston was able to find one for me.The care and professionalism was on point. They even helped me with the data transfer and the accessories for my new device.Highly recommended.

Most amazing team, the deals they have are unbelievable, they cut my bill almost 50% lower than what I have been paying for the last 24 months with a brand new device! Also left with so many accessories and optimum points! Recommend always The Mobile Shop!

Before becoming a customer of The Mobile Shop, dealing with cellular retailers was a thankless experience. On a whim, I checked out your Kingston Centre Loblaws store. Molly and Balveen found me a new phone and a new plan, saving me about $20 per month. Both employees are very pleasant to deal with, I felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Best retail experience I've had in years.

I have NEVER felt like my patronage was more appreciated, than when I have done business with this Mobile Shop. The team here goes out of their way to ensure that you get the absolute best deal available on your handset and cell phone plan, and all the while being 100% transparent. They ensure you have all the information you need at your disposal, to make an educated decision on which provider best suits your needs and budget. I felt absolutely zero pressure to make a decision on the spot, even offering to have me back whenever it suited me, to give me time to think about handsets/plans/accessories prior to signing any contracts. I ended up walking out the door with a brand new handset, and 10 times the amount of data, for exactly what I was paying when I walked into the store. I can't give enough stars and recommend that if you need a new phone, that you at least let these folks try to help you. I will never shop for another phone elsewhere again.

I was there yesterday (Nov. 29th) and the clerks were incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful when explaining phone plans. They evidently had my best interest in mind, and even stayed after closing hours to cap off the contract I was signing. I highly recommend this location.

Store Manager Balveen took his time to educate me on the prices and plans and evidently had my best intrest in mind. I held of making the decision but was contacted by him when the sales were on. He set an appointment with me so I didn't have to wait around for too long and once I was in, I got the phone deal and plan that we dhad discussed.I got my first bill since, and it has been the lowest cell phone bill with a brand new phone in a decade.When everything around you is getting more expensive it is good to know you can still save money on some things.
