I am a big fan of co-op housing and credit unions. My wife and I used to live at the Village Canadien Housing Co-op. It's safe, affordable, community living, and I love it!

Don't live here---!!They ignore your concerns regarding excessive neighbours yelling, they don't care about your dogs safety.You can hear your neighbors through the walls: no privacyThanks Dave and Cathy at River Road for all that you did for me. Stay safe and be careful.

This is a great place to live, especially after external renovation was done. Maintenance team always does their excellent job on responding service calls and keeping the area nice and clean.
