Bought fresh buns and bubble tea and frozen dim sum. The buns were fresh out the oven, soft and generous fillings.Can't wait to steam my dimsum to see if lives up to their bakery taste....yum.

I am fan of their cream bun. It used to be very creamy before however when I ordered it on Uber Eats a couple of days ago, the bun was dry and there wasn’t much filling in it. I really miss the old cream buns!!

I frequently visit this place and always have a enjoyable experience. My favorite items are the cream bun and pineapple bun, which are both satisfying and delicious. I highly recommend them.

Used to be my goto place for buns. Very average size, taste and quality. Too little filling and not that much variety. I went mainly for the convenience and the price. Unfortunately, the price has risen from $10/9buns to $15/9buns. Way too much cost for the quality now. I will not go back. Total ripoff now. Best luck to the owner. Much better places to go to for that price.

I love their buns! Super tasty and great prices. I come to this mall for my dentist, who I see almost every weekend for prolonged periods. This places bubble tea is a good send after that. The staff are so nice and very respectful.

You can get all kinds of HK style buns and bakery. Most of the buns tasted fresh except a few tasted stale.

Very cheap for a reason. Their baked goods arent very good. And their cakes are not fresh. Bought a birthday cake from the fridge and discovered that it was old. The frosting was hard, the cake wasn't moist, and the fruit was turning. The staff are friendly which is why this isn't a 1-star review. Be careful if you buy here, only purchase the fresh buns they put out.
