Master John so Works so well with kids. He works on discipline, strength and confidence. Not only is he good with kids, he runs great kickboxing and fitness classes. Nice clean dojo to train from your white belt to your black belt. He is always there to push you. Overall an excellent dojo.

We had our son's 6th birthday party here and it was great. Master John was able to keep the children engaged and they had so much fun with the different activities. The space was very organized and clean.

Careful when you sign a contract. Something I should have known as a military veteran...I had (unscheduled at the time of signing up) surgery and am unable to be physically active for three months (I also have a second surgery with another similar recovery), and Douvris did not want to respond to my requests to work something out or potentially end my contract in good faith until I am fully healed.Pretty much I am paying for something I cannot physically attend. Just a well meaning caution to those thinking about joining.

AMAZING! Can't recommend this place enough. If I could give more stars I would. I decided to have my daughters 6th birthday here and Master John delivered. The children and parents had an amazing time. Master John made the entire birthday engaging and exciting. My daughter has already requested we do her birthday there again next year! A lot of engagement with parents and kids. EVERYONE had an amazing time.

My son started at Douvris in September on a recommendation. What a wonderful place. From each and every Sensei to the compassionate and excellent instruction and care my son receives each time he comes to class, we are wildly pleased, enthusiastic and excited that our son wished to become a ‘ninja’ so we could be a part of this amazing place. His focus, self-confidence and fitness have grown by leaps and bounds. Thank you!

When we asked our son what he wanted for his 5th birthday, all he wanted was to do some martial arts with his friends. We're so happy that we chose Pro-Style, as Master John created an unforgettable event for him! Great communication that answered every question that we had, and Master John and his daughter kept everyone energized - and occupied - with great games and activities. So much laughter and fun, I can't recommend Pro-Style Martial Arts enough for a kids party.

Let me start by saying, if you care about your child’s safety and mental health ,DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. my 5 years old child was hit by a 7 years (who should be in kids class, but he was still in Tykes ) in front of Master John and he didn't do anything ( no consequences) even though the other kid said that he's did it on purpose and his mother admitted that I know he did it on purpose " . A couple of weeks later he threatened my other son and myself in front of Master John while we were waiting there

My daughter has attended here for a year and absolutely loves it. The senseis have a perfect combination of tough yet friendly personalities. Definitely recommend it!
