Excellent services and commitment to working with our senior citizens who need activities to keep them busy and interact with others. During the pandemic, free daily online activities were offered for over 15 months five days a week. Weekly follow up calls to check on clients and to top it off surprise gift bags were delivered to each participants home. I truly am in AWE with the staff and services at this location.

A complete disappointment. Requested the same PSW as much as possible and received none. Should have known when the intake call was scheduled and I took time off irk for it and they never called. No nothing and then psw not showing up. When I had an issue with the supervisor Amensie, she would not let me know her bosses name or a way to contact them.

Moved from whitby location to pickering. Much better service and treated with respect. Will not go to whitby location again.
