DamGoodDeals - Barrie Online Auction

I have been frequenting this auction location for some time now and I must say, Chris and Gil have never once NOT been nice and funny. They are good people and when there are questions, comments, concerns (and I often have many of all of those..) they have nothing but kindness and answers to help as best they can.

Pure professional and very friendly. I bid quite often and have never had an issue with the products! Highly recommend using Damn Good Deals!

More like dam terrible deals! Haha but seriously, this place is brutal. I am an avid auctioneer and member of several auction sites in Barrie and the Niagara region. This location has terrible customer service. They are not at all flexible, I have only used them a couple of times and there have been multiple issues with my orders, and they have very little remorse. They also do not send you an invoice or follow up email, so if you do not know exactly what you’ve won they charge you a 15% late fee for not paying within 48 hours of the auction! I would not recommend using this auction site, they’re difficult to contact and pickup window is extremely small (8 hours every two weeks!) — not possible for anyone who works full time. Not too mention the buyers premium is higher than most other places!

Definitely worth a look, friendly staff and some amazing deals. Live auctions are entertaining! Weekly auctions have vast offerings.

I love this auction site! Things are as they say. The descriptions are always hilarious to read, I always laugh out loud when reading them. I live three hours away, and I never have any issues with picking up my wins.Way better than another auction house thats only an hour away from me in London.

Great group of guys to deal with. Love their auctions as I always get awesome deals. The staff is very friendly and fast with pick ups. I've bought a few lots from these guys and they are always friendly, helpful and professional. Pick up was quick and easy. Purchased some great products including a crock pot, a new kitchen aid chopper and an amazing blender.
