Coaching w Full Circle has been a life expanding and professional upgrade. The systems that Dr. Tom has developed and refined over the years consistently proved themselves to be real world applicable and appropriate on an ongoing lifelong basis. This has been my 4th year coaching with Full Circle and each year I learn more from the team and grow as a human being and Chiropractor. Thanks Full Circle for all your support and for helping me become the person and Chiropractor I am today.

As a current chiropractic intern, Dr.Tom has been incredibly helpful in my understanding of the philosophy of chiropractic and how to incorporate it into practice through patient education. I have used business/life coaches all throughout my career. Never have I resonated with anyone the way I do with Coach Dodie and Tom. They inspire me, keep me accountable and encourage me. I have noticed many subtle shift in practice, life and focus. Before I started with Full Circle and Coach Frazer, my office was somewhat successful, but I was working a lot...in the office often until 10pm and back in on weekends. I now treat patients 4 days/week, and finish no later than 6pm (except for 1 night per month). I am still seeing the same or higher patient volume, generating more income and have not changed how I treat patients. This has brought me the biggest goal I was looking for...TIME! This time has allowed me to be more present with my family, allowed me to work more on the business, which in turn allowed me to hire my first associate. Having the associate has freed up the ability to have more time if needed. I look forward to what the future holds.

I have been with Full Circle coaching now for 1 year. Coach Frazer has been excellent at helping me figure out what I really want to get out of life, personally and professionally. He has given me the tools to really help me understand how to achieve this. I have explored asepcts of myself and my business that I have not paid much attention to in the past, and this has helped significantly. Most improtantly, he has given me the confidence to make decisions that needed to be made to help me grow. For example I was long over due for a fee schedule change and was also working far too many hours each week. As a result, I work fewer hours and my hourly rate has increased...this has helped with my most important value - time with my family. Thanks and I look forward to continued improvement.

Dr. Tom will help you to dig deep and find those little nuggets of realization and self understanding that allow for tremendous growth and wisdom. His retreats (in the middle of nowhere) are an amazing opportunity to discover and uncover yourself with a native inspired theme. These guys are life changing!Dr. Frazer Smith and Dr. Jay Breitlow, my mentors in finding who I am and where I wanted to go in life, helped me find my core values. A year later after starting Full Circle, I am traveling to South Korea to find my birth parents.On a clinic stand point, Dr. Smith has helped keep things in a system and to excel my practice while working with him. I have known Tom for many years and have had the opportunity to work with him on and off. The reason I continue to work with him is because Tom and his team are always ready to meet me where I am and help me move forward to reach my goals and keep my vision clear. Right now Tom and his team are doing biweekly “magic shows”. They are awesome because they are not long (about 1 hr), they are free (added bonus) but unlike other free stuff they are full of substance. Our organization, the Canadian National Alliance for Chiropractic, hired Tom to help us rewrite foundational statements: namely our Purpose, Mission and Values. This work has been instrumental in assisting our Board of Directors to become more cohesive in the vision we share for our organization, and most notably, to have a framework on which to base our decisions and actions.Tom was highly organized, giving us preparation work to do in advance of the day, and lead the exercises and conversations throughout to help us brainstorm and create clarity. While the day-long event was held via zoom, it was a successful exercise for team cohesion, and of great value for the clarity it brings to our organization. I doubt we could have accomplished nearly as much without Tom’s guidance and structure.
