$350 for 3 area rugs cleaned in our home. They still smell of urine and are still wet. Pretty pricey

We were very pleased with the results of our recent cleaning. The workers were on time and very pleasant. They did an excellent job and the rate was reasonable.

Cleaned four bedroom carpets and two area rugs. Fantastic job, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Came and cleaned my duct work I assumed when I asked to have them cleaned, it ment they would clean out the main trunk lines. This was not the case. called them back to ask them why it was not done and they told me it’s usually extra and not part of the cleaning. My job was saved to the last of the day so the workers where grumpy and just wanted to get the job done and go home. The only reason why I’m giving them 3 stars is because what they did clean they did a good job.

On April 16,2021, late in the afternoon, two men from MacArthur's carpeting cleaner our white rec room carpet. The only area that showed a tinge of grey was the walking path from the steps to the laundry room. We never use the room. After they finished, I looked at the cleaning, it looked ok. I paid them and they had me sign saying was ok..A BIG MISTAKE..NEVER SIGN.. they said it would dry in 5 to 6 hours. We put up the heat and had a dehumidifier running. A day later and it still wasn't dry and blotches of stains appeared throughout the carpet. The second day, it was still damp so I called the owner, Wayne MacArthur. He said put on a fan so we bought a fan. The third day, it had dried, but the stains were still on the carpet. He came and viewed it and said it is dry..well yes after 3 days!!! and they recleaned it. It is now WORSE..MORE STAINS,...THEY RUINED OUR CARPET I called Mr MacArthur and he refused to do anything else. I suggested he refund me my money and I get another company,. He refused said only half. So..we are off to small claims court and I have hired another company to fix the mess if possible.

I was extremely happy with MacArthur's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. My message was returned promptly, I was scheduled within 3 days, and they did an amazing job! My 2 recliners look like new again. Highly recommend:)

Would not recommend. My flooring is now damaged with heat stains from their equipment, and they didn't do a good job cleaning my couch.
