Studio XIII is the best - Amanda is one skilled stylist. I have long curly hair and she knows what she is doing with it. Compliments are regularly received on my hair, thanks to Amanda. Moving to Brantford soon and I plan to make the trip to Dundas. No one else is going to manage my hair. M&M

This is the worst overall experience I have had for a haircut. The only redeeming quality was my hairdresser was nice. I was met by Amanda the owner when I walked in and I asked if it was possible to get some coin to top up my parking meter and have it added to my bill at the end. To which I was told oh don’t worry about we will take care of it for you! I was asked where my car was parked and felt that everything would be taken care of. Only problem is when I left there was a bright yellow ticket on my dash. When I returned to ask what happened I was told I had to tell them when it was going to run out because “we are working here!” Yet most of my haircut she spent brushing her hair and trying a new product that had just come in. I was told they wouldn’t pay the ticket. So my $50 haircut became $70. I had also asked for a senior stylist when I booked my appointment but was sat with a junior stylist. She was very sweet and I enjoyed our conversation but I don’t feel my haircut is what I asked for and the layers are uneven. I’m very disappointed in the condescending tone I was met with by the owner. I will definitely not be returning. I’m sure they are great at what they do but this is no way to treat someone new! This was supposed to be my time to pamper myself but instead I left very upset and probably will need to get my hair touched up elsewhere

Amanda's been looking after my mane for years. She's a very talented colourist and it's clear she takes great pride in her work. I also appreciate those little touches that take it to the next level; the offer of a tea or coffee when I arrive, the heated towels, the fabulous head massage during the wash, and also our enjoyable conversations. I always look forward to my appointments!

I just went in for a trim but Kathryn made me feel like I just had a whole make over! She understood what I wanted and styled my hair beautifully. I couldn't recommend her more! She is really funny too!

I've been Amanda's client for 20+ years, and have spent alot of time in her chair at her studio. She always shows an enthusiastic attention to detail, takes great pride in her work and I wouldn't go anywhere else for a colour and cut. Highly recommend!

Amanda, I love her talent. Amanda did my hair for my wedding and it was a hit. My husband still comments on how beautiful I looked and mentions how much he liked my hair that day. I have been getting my hair cut at Studio XIII for approximately six or seven years now. Amanda does a great job and I won't go anywhere else. She also tolerates me which is not an easy find for me. Man or woman should go to Studio XIII for all their hair needs.
