Went to this location and was assisted by Matt in the shoe department. He was so friendly and charming! He helped me find shoes that were perfect for me and even helped me with items in different departments! Super sweet and super cute too!

I bought a pair of ski goggles for a family member that was supposed to be coming to visit near Christmas time. Unfortunately they had issues and after flight being changed twice, ended up not coming at all. I had the receipt and had fhe ski goggles in their original box, never used, and was told they cannot do anything for me because it has been 60 days. I haven't never seen a store with such a short return policy. I'd recommend buying from other stores so you don't run into these issues. They wouldn't even give me store credit.

Stopped in today to get a pair of shoes. This is normally a very stressful thing for me because I have a shoe size between 13 - 15 and very few shoes are normally available in my size.Matt in the shoe department was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me the difference between brands and explained the differences between what they offer.He helped me find a pair that was right for me and made it a very pleasant experience.I know I will definitely be returning here in the future for my next pair.Thanks again Matt

Found a pair of Nike's for my son on sale. Staff was nice. Plenty of seating for trying on shoes.

This review is for their bike shop folks. Deven was very helpful, patiently answered all questions and went out of his way to help me load the bike in car. And i wasn’t even buying a very expensive bike. The technician who tuned the bike (Alex?) was very helpful and friendly as well. Many other stores should learn customer service from these folks!

Never have what you’re looking for in stock, if you want a winter hoodie in March don’t hold your breath, but there will be tons of shorts that you wouldn’t wear for 3-4 months

Really appreciate the ZERO help I got. I was looking for something with little time, when I found someone they just pointed “over there” and walked away. I had to wait a few minutes for the change room, and then they disappeared again. Got to check out and there was a line of a few people, with 3 employees just talking to each other. Great customer service.

Seriously! Selling shoes without a bagwalking around with a shoe box in my handwhat a great Idea then if you want one buy it for $2 so unbelievable I have no issue putting extra $2 on the top of the shoes but not giving bag so unprofessional.
