Kitchen Design at Lowe's

I bought a washer and dryer. When it was delivered the delivery man would not hook up the dryer because he said I needed a new dryer vent hose.The delivery man would not hook up my washer because he said the dryer had to be hooked up first.The salesman had not told me about a new dryer hose.I went to Lowes in -30 temp to buy new hoses.eAt first the manager of the washing machines told me he would not send anyone to do the hook ups.When I told him nothing was hooked up he said he would send someone in 3 days.When the delivery men came to do the hook ups they said I did not need new hoses for the dryer.They told me that the first delivery men were just lazy.I find this very poor service especially since after all this mix up I had to go to the laundromat
