I have had the opportunity to experience what this forward thinking company does for its community. It's nothing short of spectacular! Take a drive past any VIVE project and you'll quickly see the positive impact it has had. Making neighborhoods and communities better is not any easy thing to do, but the professionals at VIVE do it very well. I'm thankful that a company like this is part of KW!

This company has no issue with destroying neighborhoods and going against the wishes of the community where it builds it's buildings.

Their management company they hire for their rental buildings do not help tenants fix their broken AC units. Poor build quality and they hire cheap contractors! Avoid Vive
