I'm not someone who ever leaves reviews but I was so very pleased with my experience, I had to. Buying a property is an extremely stressful process and purchasing during a period where the BOC kept changing interest rates made it even more stressful. Thankfully we had Parm as our mortgage broker and it did make the process easier. He was able to get us the exact type of mortgage we were looking for, at a great rate, and made sure our pre-qualification was ok when interest rates kept changing. To top it off we were able to to do a close which helped us secure our house with a very good deal.Having a good mortgage broker makes a world of difference when you have to be competing against other offers or if interest rates are crazy and you need the best mortgage you can get.PARM IS THE BEST!!!10/10 would recommend!
