Literally had the worst experience! It was my first time at the salon the lady bleached my whole hair and chopped half of it. For reference my hair was really long. I ended up orange yellow white tone on my hair it was horrible. I can’t believe she made me pay for that.

I had the worst experience of my life. I went in the salon with my hair being at the length of my waist and wanted to simply trim my hair. The hairstylist was completely incompetent. Before the cut I repeated to him many times that i don’t want to play with the length and that it’s important for me to keep my hair long. After the cut, I ended up having sholder length hair. I left the salon in tears and staff members stayed very rude and overpriced my failed cut.

no professionalism at all, receptionists are the worst, we're talking in each others ears and laughing , while I was waiting to get helped... Appointements got cancelled after I waited for over 20min... Honestly don't go there....

Has to be one of the worse customer services I've experienced. The staff is rude and told me that the hairstylist was busy and could take me in 30 mins, even if I had an appointment (I had already been waiting for 15 mins at that point). They only did so after making me wait, and very rudely, without even apologizing. Then, the price they give you at the end is not what you agreed on (30 vs 60$), don't ask for consent or opinion before doing something to your hair, and still charge for it. Surely not going back.
