Staff was amazing. Super kind and welcoming oh, even threw us extra bacon! The food tastes amazing and portions are great.

Excellent burger. Staff were friendly. Got my double Bacon cheeseburger to go.. sadly with fries and not the rings that I had ordered. Parking is annoying, but that's the city and this place is smack dab in student central so no big deal.. milkshake was passable.. but I'd skip it next time.

I had a terrible experience here when i went for a pickup, there is an Asian small girl at pickup counter and she was extremely rude to an uber driver and skip driver for no reason. She even refused to give order in hot summer because they didn’t have a bag which is insane because no body carries bag all the time and when it’s too hot outside.I really felt bad for delivery guy.

I’m really very happy to try BB restaurant, the taste was excellent, the portion was perfect, the staff was very friendly and fast, the burger was fantastic, best burger I eat in London .If you are a burger lover, don’t miss BB

I was waiting in car when my friend came back from this place furious and angry. The worker there especially the Asian girl has been very rude to my friend. That person refused to give food to my friend who was already waiting for 10 mins. This type of behaviour will be least tolerated by anyone. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place because it can damage the mood and vibe of your day. Be advised a good service works more then the good food.Service 0/10

Consistently amazing burgers, usually order pickup or takeout and its great every time. Place is a little small and can fill up pretty quick which leads to a bit of a wait. Always worth it though!
