Park'N Fly Express B Airport Parking

Two times with ParkNFly, two poor services. I would give 0 for rating.First, their online app. Shows X amount $ to pay but, when it comes to payment, they charge more even the real parking time is less then what I booked. In addition, the front desk clerks are never able to communicate. They should receive a training on how to communicate with the customers and how to solve their problems.Second, they don’t ask for rewards card nor for coupon. When You arrive to the front desk they just look at you and waiting for you to start the conversation. They are even not able to say “Hi, how can I help you...”. On the top of that, you have to give them all information you have created in your profile ( Why Do you have an App then?) . And then if you want to understand how it works, they say :”We can’t do anything for you, just go to the website and contact loyalty service”. Ok. I’ll do and I’ll report this to the company I work for so they might take some actions against this poor parking company.

Expensive and their payment machines are a joke, do not function properly, which creates huge lines to get out , waited more than 1/2 hour to get out with 4-5 cars only in front of me. Avoid if possible.

Find a different place to park. I have used park n fly Toronto with no problems. But, at Trudeau airport the signs are terrible. I had a coupon for parking. When I exited I was told I entered the wrong lot to use the coupon. I had to pay more than $100 than the promised price. I tried to request a refund for the difference and told it was my fault I entered the wrong lot even the signs don't give warnings. Stay away, go somewhere else.

Expensive parking when their online coupons rebates don't work and there is nobody in the booth to discuss and possibly fix. The SOS call is just a rude park and fly remote attendant dismissive of our issue. We learnt our lesson and will not park at Park and Fly in Mtl again, great way to end a vacation!

Here are the issues that really annoyed me:1. Express A vs express B for a new user is confusing, coupons not applicable to both. Discounts from other companies available for one and not the other.2. Bus station in the parking lot is in a complete mess3. Once entering the parking cannot exit without paying, even within 5 min4. Confusing instructions: from interior the gates are numbered 20-28, on the paper is written to go to ‘post 4’. Wth is a post? After a stressful flight it’s quite hard to concentrate. The best would be to draw clear directions like take exit 28 then find the bus station 4.5. The sms instructions say ‘go to level one post 4’. As non native English speaker I understood the level above groundNever again, and good luck spending my money

Not parking up here again. Coming in is fine, going out is a mess. Only 2 machines not even working properly. And then you have 1 guy helping one customer at a time.

Expensive, poor service and clearly misleading contract to scam more money. They charge me an extra day stay for a delay of 90 minutes of my returning flight and they told me that since I do not have a printed copy of my coupon I cannot get my discount. To be avoided at all cost. I wish there was a less than 1 star option

I arrived at the parking around 7am and used the shuttle to get to the airport. Went to check-in my baggage to learn that my flight was pushed back by 7 hours so I decided to return home. When I got back to my car and was heading through the exit, the automatic register charged me a full day when I was there for less than an hour.Called in the customer service and the person visibly didn't give a damn about the situation. I asked if there were any arrangements possible and the person just said no and hung up.

I've had a very disappointing experience and they have yet respond to my email. So, I figure I will share what happened in a review and maybe then they will at least apologize.After a long day of travelling the last thing I wanted to encounter is difficulty retrieving my car.When I was picked up from the airport in Montreal I had presented the driver my ticket for the lot and the location of my car. We entered the lot and the driver called out sections of the lot as we drove, none which were mine. He rounded another corner and I saw the line of cars where my car was located, so I called and asked him to stop multiple times and even a passenger beside me tried to get his attention with no avail. I assumed that it was an oversight and that he would just go back around again, I was wrong. When the last passengers got off the bus I had asked him to go back because he missed my stop to which he told me “No, I will just drop you here its only a 2 minute walk.” Now let me be clear on the circumstances of Monday, November 11th night. I landed in Montreal around 9 pm in the middle of an intense snow storm, the lot had not been plowed and it was about -10 degrees. The driver dropped me on the opposite side of the lot and told me its only a 2 minute walk to slog my luggage through a snow storm in deep snow at 10 pm because it wasn’t convenient for him to go around again. And to add insult to injury, the 2 pay kiosks to exit the lot had major issues too. One was malfunctioning and the second worked intermittently. It took over a half hour to get of the Park'nFly lot.This was the worst service I have ever received, in some pretty terrible weather conditions and not to mention zero customer service after the fact thanks for nothing Park'N Fly .

Is too expensive, their machine gets frozen in winter and you always have to call the shuttle back for help. The driver has little patience with families. They didn't honour my discount coupon. They just lost my business.
