Brought my stuff in to sell early and by noon they still hadn't looked at it despite the notification telling me they'd be done by noon. There were at least 6 people, manager included, at the desk and no one in line to check out. Don't waste your time. Sell on fb marketplace.

I've been to this location on 2 occasions in the last 2 weeks. It really depends on the day I guess, whatever the staff are dealing with, and your own expectations.First off, the store is very clean and well organized. On my first visit I took items to sell and to also shop. I arrived right when they opened hoping that I wouldn't have to wait long or leave and come back while they had a look at my items. Thankfully I was able to shop around while they completed their item assessment.I was greeted when I first arrived by just about each staff member and one offered to hold the door as well as help me bring things in from my vehicle (which I appreciated as I am 9 months pregnant). It took them about 30 minutes to go through everything which is perfectly reasonable for that time of day and taking into consideration their process. They didn't take all of my items, but did take some.My second experience - I went in around noon and the staff were busy. I think maybe 1 or 2 acknowledged me. Not as friendly as my first visit, but I didn't feel snubbed in any way.All-in-all I was happy with both visits and will return for future buy/sell opportunities.

I have been shopping at this location for quite a few years now, as a mom of 4 young kids I have continued to come back to this location purely because its the closest once upon a child to me and it is convenient but after the multiple added up bad experiences that I've had at this location I will no longer be returning. I am leaving this review to honestly say as someone that has frequented this location for a while both selling and buying that all the other reviews are very accurate despite they replies they try to come back with and there is definitely a reason this location only has a 3.4 star rating compared to any other location and their 4+ star ratings. The staff here are very unfriendly and unapproachable, manager included. There has been a few good employees I've met during my visits but they don't seem to last long in employment there and the regulars who work there always have the same disrespectful nature to them and bad customer service. My selling experiences have always been the same. They claim they want larger sizes but are still just as picky and selective" on those as well and give the same "not our selling style" excuse to everyone I've talked to about selling there. It's a children's consignment store

For selling: Not the best place to go to if you’re interested in selling gently used children stuff. They are too picky and you so much less for items brought in. For buying: the prices are even better going to sales of name brand stores rather than get ones from this this store . There’s a reason many have given this place such a low rating. Such a disappointment. Staff are not the friendliest either.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME SELLING YOUR ITEMS HERE.My wife and I took around $3000 worth of toys and cloths here. Around 80% of these toys were bran new never played with and still in original boxes. Some of these toys I brought in were toys that you can’t just go out and buy. They took the toys and told me they were going to call me when to come back and see what they would be able to offer me. Once my wife and I went back they offered us $202 which is approx 6.7% of the value of the cloths and toys.. I said “no” I wanna take all of it back ..The lady that was at the front counter said “well they belong to us now, we already put it in our system”. After going back and forth with her she finally called the manager and after going back and forth with the manager I got “most” of my stuff back with some toys missing. I decided to take all these toys to Goodwill and donate them instead of taking a lame offer . The owner needs to get rid of all the employees there . Just because people bring in there items to sell don’t mean they are desperate for money..These employees need to learn how to talk and respect there customers . All the negative comments that are on here are TRUE ..All the positive once about the staff being so kind and stuff are lies.. Probably written by the staff ..P.s I never leave reviews about any place but about this one I had to.. Second time went in here and second time the staff was disrespectful.. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN..STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I really, really like this location! Probably my favorite in the area. The staff are lovely and the store is clean and tidy, which I appreciate is no easy task. The racks aren't over filled so it's easy to find exactly what you are looking for... and as pretty much every other review mentioned the prices are just fantastic! Thanks for providing such a fantastic place to shop second hand!

I brought in a bunch of stuff to sell here and had a good experience. Most of the staff were friendly and were working hard to get through everything efficiently. The reason there are many disappointed customers who sell to them I think is because the seller doesn’t know what to expect. It might help if there was more transparent information specifically regarding how much they buy it for. The average person is probably thinking they can get a few bucks for a barely worn piece of clothing, or at least that for a brand new item with tags. When you shop around, you see shirts for $3- 5, sleeper/onsies for $5-6, so you might be thinking, oh they probably paid $1-3 for that, meaning they make ~2-4x profit. Not too bad, right? The reality is they pay much less, so when your grand total comes to 25 dollars for a whole bucket of kids clothes/toys/books etc and even some new stuff with tags...well, that can be disappointing and I can empathize. They took about half the stuff I brought in, however, I wanted to see which items they took in order to know what kind of things they like. Also, I wanted to know how much they were paying for certain items. This might seem annoying, but it is a business transaction and it is best to know if you want to keep doing business with them. In addition, I wanted to write this review and help other parents know what to realistically expect when they bring in clothes to sell.So this is what I found out from the nice, patient girl that answered my questions:ALL PAJAMAS/SLEEPERS/ONSIES with the covered foot/2 piece pajamas, it doesn’t matter if they are infant or size 4T : $0.60 each/per set (yes, even for 2 piece toddler pajama sets that were barely worn), also doesn’t matter which brand, because apparently they are all the same.I had a brand new, long sleeve shirt with bunny overalls 2 piece outfit, but because it had covered feet (like a onsie) it was considered a “sleeper” and so $0.60 was offered.Sleep sacs are considered “sleepers”: $0.60Infant Short or long sleeve shirts/body suit: $0.30 (yes, 30 CENTS, not a typo)Infant shoes: $0.75Toddler booties: $1.50Infant swimsuit (brand new): $1.50Boys swim shorts: $1.50Toddler short romper: $1.50Girls winter jacket, toddler : $3.50Girls snow suit: $3.50JJ cole bunting cover for car seat: $3Set of snowpants and jacket (brand new): $6Now they did say there is a “range” of prices depending on the condition of the items, so if I bring in a brand-new baby shirt/body suit with tags on it, they would pay more. So let’s apply some logic, a used shirt is $0.30, brand new is maybe 2 times, 3 times that? So best I would get for a brand new shirt is $0.90. I don’t know for sure, but you too can estimate. If you are a shopper there, you can easily calculate they are purchasing the items for about 10-30% of their ticket prices. They buy a onsie/sleeper/pajama from you for $0.60 and sell it for $5, that’s an 88% markup. Not too shabby right? Obviously they have rent and staff to pay etc., and they had a wonderful give back to the community event not too long ago where they gave away many items. In the end it is a for profit business but you can see how they can afford to have great clearance events. As a shopper, the clearance events are the way to go as they have up to 90% markdown.Anyways, if you have things you want to sell, go shop around for similar items in the store and calculate that you will only get about 10-30% of the tag price (30% is probably highest estimate).I hope this provides clarity for anyone looking to sell things. On the other hand, if you don’t care and you just want to get rid of stuff fast and easy…… this is the perfect spot for you, bring it in, close your eyes and take the $6 they offer for 10 barely worn Carter’s fleece sleepers. Cash is cash and you can buy half a loaf of bread with it (inflation joke). On that note…maybe with inflation they will decide to pay more for our used stuff soon. 40 cents for an infant bodysuit perhaps? :P

I’m not sure how this location has such low ratings. This is my favourite location! The staff here have always been very friendly, never rude or pushy whenever I’m here, which is quite often. The store is always immaculate and has a huge selection of clothing for my son (under 1 year). I always walk out with more than I came for! Also, whenever they buy clothes from me, I think their pricing is fair. I’d much rather sell here than go through the hassle of selling online. And I’d never expect an explanation of why they won’t buy what I have, though they are always willing to explain.Definitely a great store and deserves 5 stars!

This place was essentially a waste of time. My wife and brought in clothing from our daughter, mostly 0-3 months and 0-6 months clothing from the gap, Carter’s and H&M just to name a few top brands all in great shape, most only worn a couple times. Was offered $100 and was told that we had some very nice things but they are very picky and only took things that they felt were perfect. Got home and my wife and went through the clothing that was apparently not good enough and quickly realized that there was stuff that wasn’t even touched (looked at). I would completely understand if some of the clothing my wife and brought in had stains, worn out etc. but everything we received back, which was pretty much 95% of what we took was in very very good condition. Bottom line for a store that is a charitable place trying to help parents out who would not be able to afford clothing for their children, they sure do have their nose up at this store or are just to lazy to do their jobs! Better off taking clothing to woman’s shelters where it’s appreciated!
