Would it hurt to maybe ring the doorbell or knock on the door when you drop off a package? That little courtesy would go a long way in people's perception of you. Personally, I think it is either laziness or lack of caring when there is no attempt to alert the customer.

Amazing! UPS messed up my shipment but alopex went above and beyond to get it to me by the next day!

A fellow named Troy just delivered an Amazon package for me in Merritt, B.C. He called me when he arrived. I was very pleased with this as I have been having issues with Purolator, who is very spotty, and quite unreliable with their service. Kudos on a job well done

My 3 day rush delivery shipped September 26 arrived in Kelowna September 28 I have searched every day where my package is and it hasn't moved I was finally able to start a claim and was contacted by someone from the company saying my road was closed for construction on Friday so the driver could not deliver it. There was no road closure they said the would drop it off at staples this morning for me to pick up it is October 5 it is now 5pm and it has still not arrived at staples. Why did I pay rush delivery for this and why did the company not update the tracking of this package so we could at least find out where it is.

Do not work for this company. I had a workplace injury, that was preventable by Alopex, and was laid off when I was supposed to come back to work. Unfortunately, the injury was not properly healed, but HR took advantage of information I shared with them about my previous employment, potentially illegally, to prevent me from being able to move into a different position.Fail!!!

Very unprofessional drivers
