We recently had Fernand Denis install a new ac & propane furnace as well as do duct work for a large extension on our house.Their team was incredibly professional and hard working. Everyone was very knowledgeable, explained everything well to us and were very courteous while they were in our home.There were probably about 6 different team members here throughout both projects and they were all so kind, putting in full days of efficient work and did a fantastic job.

I just had a heat pump installed in my detached garage and the whole process went very smoothly, from the quote to the final installation. I appreciated the prompt communication from Daniel during the quotation process, and the professional service from Alex and Chase during installation. They did a great job.

This morning, Marc from Fernand Denis chauffage came to do maintenance on my gas fireplace. He was very professional, took his time and answered all my questions. He solved the problem I had in no time. I had never used this company before but I strongly recommend it . They answer the phone and made an appointment promptly. Cannot say the same in many other companies.

There was damage to our fairly new furnace due to our basement flooding during the ice storm and we needed to replace it. Spoke to the owner Pascal Denis and he sent his work crew consisting of Guillaume Leclair and Jacob Lalonde (the very next day after our conversation) with a brand new furnace. The installation went smoothly, these gentlemen were very pleasant, they rolled out a mat to prevent dirtying our floors. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. This team deserves ten stars! From the initial call to the installation, everything was done promptly, kindly and professionally. My husband and I had a gas heater that was at least 25 years old and was past the point of maintenance; the Fernand Denis team took the time to review the pictures we sent, provide a great recommendation for a replacement unit, and set up an installation date within two weeks. Installation and cleanup was done in 3.5 hours and the installers were very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions. We look forward to reaching out to them for the annual maintenance. Don't bother going to anyone else; call Fernand Denis Inc.!
