I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Ideal maids Inc. I had scheduled their services for a thorough cleaning of my carpets, but their unreliability and lack of professionalism left me frustrated and dissatisfied.Firstly, the scheduling process was relatively smooth, and I was looking forward to having a clean and fresh carpets, However, on the day of the scheduled appointment, the cleaners didn’t arrived without any prior communication or apology. This was already an inconvenience, as I had planned my day around their arrival.To make matters worse, when i called , they informed me that I needed to do my own vacuuming. How is this possible? I was hiring a cleaning company, i can’t do their job and pay overprice amount for it.Their inability to fulfill their advertised services and the lack of prior notification was highly unprofessional. It made me question the competency and reliability of the company.I cannot recommend Ideal maids Inc. based on my experience. I suggest potential customers seek out a more reliable and trustworthy cleaning service that values their customers' time and provides the services they promise without any unexpected surprises.

I needed to change office cleaners and Ideal Maids was able to give me a better price and also provide a higher quality office cleaning service in my Airdrie office. I recommended them to a family member to do their house cleaning and they were also very happy with the maids and the cleaning results.

I hired these guys back in august. I asked for a move out clean so everything should have been cleaned. We moved out of the city and when we went back to do the walk through for our landlords over video call we didn’t have time to do the extras these guys forgot to do so I emailed them to have someone go back and finish what was left (windows were not cleaned at all, baseboards not cleaned, handprints on the walls, none of the lights were dusted) basic things that could have taken minutes to clean. I left it as is hoping I would get someone to come back no one responded to the email no one called. My landlord emailed me after they did a in person walk through wanting to charge me $300 for professional cleaning company to come back in. It was not THAT bad the landlord was out to lunch but that was the reason I hired a company because I was 8 months pregnant and couldn’t do it all myself. Still no one has contacted me and I pretty much forgot about it until someone asked who would I recommend for a cleaning company. Forsure not these guys.

I used this company before Covid an all was good. Started again this spring and it’s a disaster. I arranged cleaning every 2 weeks - they suggested 3:00 pm. That happened twice. Since then, they have arrived 2 hrs early, 2 hrs late, absolutely random. No warning. They try to add on time. They have tried to charge for 3 people when only 2 showed up. So ridiculous and full of excuses. DO NOT bother, it’s far too much trouble.

Reasonable PRICE and they did a great job for my home and my shop.

I was looking for a reliable cleaning company in Calgary to come to my home once a week. My friend recommended Ideal Maids and 2 great ladies came and had everything done in an hour and a half. I will definitely recommend their maid services.

The Cleaning ladies at this company are very helpful and do all the cleaning we require. Great quality at a good price. We have also used their carpet cleaning services in our Cochrane office and it's top notch. Thank you Ideal Maids.

Bad bad customer service, they don't keep their advertised price. They advertise $140 for 3 rooms, living and stairs, I asked quotation for living room and stairs on phone, I was provided $125, I agreed. The guy showed up 1 hour late from the appointment time and refused to clean the carpet at the quoted rate, claiming the lady on phone doesn't know work, she can't provide the accurate rate. He demanded $250 for only living room and stairs while their advertised price for 3 rooms, living room and stairs is $140

Very friendly and high quality service.Ideal Maids is extremely professional, efficient, and leaves my unit sparkling clean every time. I highly recommend their services. You won't be disappointed!
