I haven't had any of the negative experiences as others mentioned. I mostly go there to return empties and they seem satisfied with my methods. I bag and count my cans ahead of time and sort the bottles on the fly. Sometimes the beer is drinkable cold, but usually not. And I do notice some slacking here and there.

the guys working today we're great. came I with waterlogged cases for return and the gent helped me organise. thank you, I know it was a lot.

My wife and I collected all our empties and following the instructions posted on signs, started sorting by type and colour. We had a large number of empties and it took some time to process them all. Luckily there were no other customers waiting. The woman who took our returns became rude and impatient and told us to just push them through before we finished, barely glanced at the boxes and quickly gave us what we estimate as a low amount of money.Why post instructions if it doesn't matter?The returns were a wide assortment of cans (some double stacked, others not) and bottles and the boxes were not standard cases. I believe we were short changed. Service was poor.

Customer service is hot and cold here. A few of the mature employees are decent enough but the younger generation are not friendly nor courteous. Cannot wait until privatization is enacted

The staff are friendly, easy-going, they are quick as well. They make the job look fun.

Went in today between 3:30-4pm on the 4/8/2023 and needed to use a cart. I usually put my cart back after I finish my exchange as a curtesy, but for the moment I put it near the center console to complete my payment with the nice lady at the till. Asked for a carry out. Worker made it known they were not impressed. Hello. I'm pretty sure that is your job why make me feel bad for asking. Not a good experience hard enough on me I have to ask for help
