Don’t waste your time with this companyPiscines Caravelle. They are incompetent useless and obviously doesn’t follow through with making appointments. I called on June 18 support to one of the technician who told me he will be here a week later. A week later I called and was told it would be the following week and then spoke to the owner after getting no calls and needless to say nothing was done they never called me once totally useless irresponsible and you shouldn’t waste your time

Young girl very rude been dealing with this place not the first time this girl has been rude before decided to give them another chance and still her attitude hasn’t change. Customers are not important and I understand why there customer service is not up to par. Stay away!!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could. The receptionist is so arrogant and unprofessional she should be fired this moment. Stay away from this place.
