The manager and district manager need a course on dealing with the public. Very unprofessional people who should not be dealing with the general public.I will never return to a Burger King again.

Customer Service in this Burger King Location…ZERO! Staff doesn’t know the meaning of Customer Service. The Drive Thru Person in charge needs to have a clear understanding on taking orders. He need to know how to handle customer pressure and miscommunication when taking orders. Whoever will be responsible in the Drive Thru area should have a good communication with the customer and can easy be understand by the customer.The staff shouldn’t be making any side comments instead of blaming the customer for the miscommunication. Plus, the other staff shouldn’t just staring or standing without doing anything instead of making a comment to make the matter worst. Overall, The whole crew should have to undergo Customer Service 101.I wouldn’t be surprise if this store has the lowest Google Review. Reading the other Google reviews….even manager has the same problem….Birds of the same Feather…Flocks TOGETHER!!! Food is Great but the staff are the worst….Tsk…Tsk…TskCalling Burger King Head Office and Franchise Owner….You might want to look into this…#burgerking

Whopper was decent, and I really enjoyed my Onion Rings with Zesty sauce. Coke Cherry is always a great addition too! Kids tablets are extremely outdated though. I don't think they can load Google.

Not Best Burger King in town! Customer Service just went to the Drain….The person in the Drive thru was VERY RUDE and that includes the rest of the staff. There was a miscommunication on the order take in the drive thru, totally understand but the person the drive thru was giving me attitude and wasn’t professional in handling the situation. Next time, the management should assigned someone in the Drive thru that has a clear understanding and knows what customer service is.

Gave the BBQ Whopper combo a try. It isn't bad, but it doesn't stand out. Also, fries while fairly warm lacked salt, and sadly my burger wasn't really seasoned so it tasted rather plain.Staff were friendly and courteous, and the speed of service was fairly quick too.

While the food here is typical for fast food, the service was spectacular. The servers were wonderful to my children and made them feel like they were the most important people in the world.I haven't been to a Burger King in over eight years. I have to say that I'm glad that I came back.We ordered two kids meals with cheeseburgers, a two cheeseburger meal and a whopper with a drink. It cost $24.52 total.I just wanted to point out that the washroom was very well maintained.

The burger was good. But it has been years since we were there. It seems the certain flavor was not there . We were wondering if the recipe was changed over the years . ??? It tasted kind of plain . The onion rings were okay .

I went through the drive through, then they told me do drive to front door for it to be delivered. It would have been easier just to get take out. All in all not a bad experience, I would go back

Not the best Burger King in town. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. The management need to reassess and evaluate their staff specially in the Drive thru area. The staff inchage in the Drive thru should have a clear and accurate understanding on taking order. The staff in the Drive Thru should be friendly and respectful to the customers. The Drive thru staff shouldn’t be rude making any side comments if the customer made a mistake in the order.

I ordered mushroom burger today thru drive through, when I get home and open my sandwich there’s no patty on my burger. Whatta joke !
