Went to another Tim's first, but they had no doughnuts.Not a great selection here, but the service was friendly.Very slow though, I'm sure that is due to lack of staff, just like everywhere else.Be patient folks, and have a happy holiday season

This restaurant is filthy and when you order food at the drive thru check your order because they don't put the right stuff in your bag and when your are on the highway it's too late. If you call them they will say Come back at the restaurant and we will change your order " that's a disgrace !"

Touristic place and 100 of people on the line. Store is closed from inside just drive trough.Was waiting 30 minute to get my mocha and crème boston.You gotta be kidding me, this is ridiculous…Worst service ever

Waited 40 minutes just to be served. Another 20 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches and 4 donuts. They forgot items from my order twice so we had to wait even longer and was given attitude as I had asked for the missing items that I paid for. I can't even imagine being in the drive thru, the cars barely moved while we were there.Would not recommend to anyone.

It was so bad!!!! Staff is not good at all. My suggestion is never visit this at all. Even coffee is also not good moreover staff is not behaving good!!

Beyond the terrible ability for the people to speak over the intercom lack of communication making you wait there for a long periods of time the food was poorly like a child made it probably the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too

Worst Timmy's in the history of mankindTERRIBLE coffee. Hot water coming out of a washing machine drain doing a round of undies of a football team.Slowest service ever. Huge pile up.of customers. They take the in store orders and only seem to serve the drive thru. 20 mins waiting for 3 bagels.Orders coming out they have no idea whats in the bag and which order belongs to whom. Spare yourself the pain go sit in a respectable restaurant. Or just go to mcdo. Employees are not trained at all.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Asked for a caprese Sandwich but they were out of baguette, asked for a lemonade but they were out, asked for toast with butter and cheddar cheese and I got burnt toast with no butter and 1 slice of cheddar cheese when normally it's 3... worst service. The guy had no idea what I was even talking about when I asked for toast with cheese.

After spending a few days in at Sauveur for spring break last week we went to the drive thru for snacks for our trip home. (March 2nd) The moment Ray greeted us on the speaker she was super friendly & bilingual! She made suggestions when what my kids wanted was no loner available. When we met her at the window I was compelled to compliment her. She had an infectious, positive attitude & gave excellent customer service ! She said her name was Raymond & in that people call her Ray - like a ray of sunshine ! ☀️. We see far too often employees that are client facing in the customer service industry have poor attitudes & give minimal service. In this case Ray needs to be commended for her attitude & friendliness. Tim Horton’s St Sauveur is EXTREMELY lucky to have her ! I hope you are appreciated & recognized Ray!
