Kitchen Accents

I was in need of a knew chef knife as my collection is currently in Europe. I decided to visit this store as they had a collection of Miyabi knives and I wanted to support the local businesses.I asked the owner at the cashier desk if I could look at the knives and she said yes. When I went to open the display so I could gauge the weight, balance, and grip of the knives when she very rudely said to me You don't get to touch my display.". After that experience I went onto Amazon and bought a night that was better than anything they had in the store.This store is has a nice collection of items but their pricing is astronomically higher than other stores or Amazon. If you find something that you like on their website or in-store I'd suggest you go find another local business to support that doesn't have an extremely rude owner or buy the item on Amazon and save yourself about 20%.I will NOT be returning to this store. During this difficult time with Covid19, the owner was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable shopping there as they were concerned about my safety as a customer and the safety of others. Wonderful store in our local community to support. Always lots to choose from and they are very knowledgable about their products. They go out of their way to help the customer and make their shopping experience pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience in the store today. I was greeted by a lovely lady who was very kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely return!

I found the staff very curtious and knowledgeable. The work on my knives was done in a timely fashion and the sharpening job was excellent.

Best store ever for anything you need. High end, quality kitchen everything.Poor owner who has to put up with some rude people though. I happened to be in the store yesterday when the owner rightfully asked a girl to not touch everything and the mother snapped back telling the owner to talk to her first not the daughter. Hello! signs all over the store asking of minimal touching due to virus. Mother obviously not doing a good job at parenting.

store was a ghost town older lady working today seemed uninterested in helping me at all and slightly rude like i wasn't worth her time to talk to guess this place doesn't like to make $ good job !

Needed to buy a whisk and they had quite a good variety to chose from. Super clean and well organized establishment :)

Helpful service and advice about products from the owners. High-quality products that last for years. They also provide expert knife sharpening. The knives are sent out to a professional once a week so check before you leave them.

The owner of the store provides very bad and hostile customer services. At the moment I stepped into the store with my little girl, she didn't greet us but put an eye staring at us. Every time we picked something and took a look , she would comment something like that's fragile...it won't be saleable if tear apart ..." gosh ... we just take a look ... not destroy your store ... worst experience ever !!! DO NOT GO TO THAT STORE!!!"
