Winexpert at the marché de l'ouest is a very good diy wine store...Guy and Mark are great guys.We have purchased and bottled the following: Trinity red, Pinot noir, Bahama Mama sangria, and Luna Rossa....1 batch each. Although the price per bottle is remarkable, the taste and richness of the red wines aren't impressive nor memorable... regardless, we enjoy drinking them, and will purchase the Tempranillo soon. Like they say, these are easy drinking wines...meaning decent wines and not something to bring to a fancy event. The Luna Rossa we still haven't opened, and are waiting for it to age at least 6 months. Also the Trinity red might improve in 6 months as well.The whole experience is very pleasant: from starting the batch to bottling it...Mark is very theatrical lol. At the end of bottling, there's enough left over for 2 people to taste...delicious.I find that the Pinot noir tastes better than the Trinity red (both same price)...richer and bolder.I recommend to make a batch (30 bottles per batch), and store it for 6 months... Keep buying from stores in the meantime. We nearly polished our Trinity red batch, so we are stopping now to allow it to rest till December.We like it!
